Through a grant from Quilcene-Brinnon Dollars for Scholars, Quilcene High School was able to send students to the Association of Washington Student Leaders Mount Rainier Leadership Camp at the Cispus Learning Center in Randal Washington. Senior, Ben Beck, Junior, Penelope Schnepf, Senior, Keigan Leaf, and Sophomore, Kai Campbell (not pictured), represented Quilcene this week. Along with dozens of student leaders throughout the state, the four students focused on fostering positive climate and culture in their school and community. The students had a great time, met new friends, and represented Quilcene proudly.
